Each Member is permitted only one (1) active account at bybet. Multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

All bets placed on bybet are final once confirmed by the system. Members are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bets before confirmation. bybet does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in technical situations requiring cancellation by bybet itself.
In the event of a technical failure, server disruption, or data error during an active game, bybet reserves the right to void and refund all affected bets. bybet's decision in such matters is final.
For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, unless those odds were displayed as a result of an obvious technical error. bybet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
For Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Any dispute regarding a live game result must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant round, together with the session reference number and round time. bybet will review the video recording and deliver a decision within 48 business hours.
All bonuses and promotions offered by bybet are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. Members are advised to read the bonus terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

Members may close their bybet account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal once all compliance checks are completed. The closure process typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Bybet collects and processes Members' personal data solely for the purposes of platform operations, legal compliance, identity verification (KYC), account management, and service improvement. bybet will not sell or disclose Members' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the Member's consent.
All data is stored on secure servers protected by end-to-end encryption. Members have the right to request access to their personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request data deletion subject to applicable legal requirements.
Bybet reserves the right to modify, update, or add provisions to these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes take effect upon publication on bybet.cx with a clearly stated update date.
Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email and/or bybet in-app notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergencies requiring immediate action to protect the safety of the platform or its Members.
Continued use of the bybet platform after the effective date of any updated terms will be deemed as the Member's acceptance of and agreement to the new terms.
